Some of the things our project management team will do for you:
Write and execute your event’s project plan
Liaise with both our own departments and your external suppliers ensuring everyone is working together towards the same goal
Define and manage your budget with your financial targets in mind
Organise, run, and keep records of project meetings
Take a lead and advise you on compliance issues relating to your event
Lead the delivery of the event
