We have a flexible approach to business, so our clients may choose just one or as many services as they require. Additionally, we offer a pay-as-you-go pricing model giving our clients greater control over their outsourced costs.

The region is full of talented professionals. Our central location, just about 5 minutes walk from Bristol Temple Meads train station, means we have fast connections to the M4 corridor, the South West and South Wales. Our team members come from as far afield as Swindon, Bath, Cardiff, Gloucester and Taunton.

The team is led by Rob Eveleigh, Founder and Managing Director of Brightelm. Rob is a highly experienced events professional with over 20 years’ in the industry. He has worked with some of the leading medical, scientific and trade associations in the world.
Rob’s clients have included the European Society of Cardiology, European Federation of Biotechnology, Personal Finance Society, European Society of Periodontology, World Endometriosis Society, the European Orthodontic Society and more.
The name Brightelm was the conception of Rob and his sister, Catherine. The name Robert is a German name meaning “bright” or “fame”. The elm is one of the strongest trees. So bringing both together gives a name which we feel best represents our values.
