Abstract Submission for Scientific and Academic Conferences

Brightelm are highly experienced in handling abstract submissions; we can navigate the complexities of collecting and presenting research and are here to support you at every step. From initial submission and review, to programme development and publishing, we have the experience and software to efficiently manage the whole process, freeing you to concentrate on content selection.
The abstract submission and review process can be a time-consuming one – we aim to support your organisation by streamlining the process as much as possible. For the first time, Brightelm are proud to offer a unique abstract preview service – we will proofread each abstract on your behalf and return to the author for revision if necessary, saving you valuable time and effort.
Speaker Management
Brightelm know that top speakers are the highlight of your conference and the key to its success. Whether your speakers are leading thinkers, specialists in their fields or respected academics, we know that early booking, careful planning and management is a priority. You can trust Brightelm to take care of speaker liaison, expenses, travel and accommodation, in addition to their presentation requirements and support facilities on site. We will set up and man speaker preview rooms, coordinate poster displays and collate presentations.
