Nika is an event geek with 20 years of experience in events and hospitality industries. She has worked for a high-end hotel group as Sales and Event Manager, before moving to a buyer side as Head of Events for WAGGGS (World Association of Girls Guides and Girl Scouts) and FIGO (Federation of International Gynecology and Obstetrics). Now she is working with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), planning their 2022 World Conference.
Nika is always looking into ways to improve event project management processes and to increase the impact of events for membership organisations.
Neil Thompson, Founder, The Delegate Wranglers
With 22 years of experience in the event industry, Neil founded The Delegate Wranglers Facebook group in 2014 so that members can share their huge expanse of information, expertise, and experience with others. Since then, the group has organically grown to over 21,000 (highly engaged) members with millions of pounds of business being traded every month, as well as countless connections, advice, and information being passed between each other.
In 2019 Neil was named as M&IT Magazine’s Personality of the Year and the group has also achieved ‘Facebook Community Managed Partner’ status. Neil speaks regularly on the circuit and recently was invited by Facebook to share a panel with VP of Facebook Europe, Nicola Mendelsohn
Paul Martin, Executive Director, EventsAir
Committed to helping event planners gain the best possible technology solutions for their needs, Paul has worked with organisations the world over more than two decades to implement event management and registration technology solutions. His work has seen him engaged with customers across the event spectrum from PCO’s, corporate meeting planners, associations, educational institutions, government and major world sporting events.
